# Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy for Zen Zone
## Returns
At Zen Zone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within **7 days** of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
- Certain items, such as personalized products or perishable goods, are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at support@zenzone.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return shipping label or instructions. Please note that return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
## Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within **7 to 10 business days**. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
## Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item. We’ll process the refund for the returned item once received. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
